Constitutional Convention Processes Ratify Constitutional Amendments

Mr. Speaker, members of this congress, friends, and fellow citizens: Years of inattention and indifference by our citizens led bureaucrats in Washington to believe our country was theirs for the taking. Our former president and her hirelings who would have denied you your liberty were given an opportunity to explain and defend their actions. Justice has been served and their sentences were carried out. The presidents husband, our former president, citizenship has been revoked and he remains a convicted criminal living in exile.

Fellow Americans that chapter now lies behind us. National election processes have once again been completed and we are all here today as living evidence that liberty has been restored to our land. We stand here today because brave men and women across our land rose as one to reclaim their liberty. Since we last met the former board of governors proposed, and the congress, and all fifty state legislatures ratified several constitutional amendments

It was recommended that the constitution be amended to prohibit Federal, State, and Municipal Bodies from adopting any form of income taxes. Those now in effect shall be abolished and replaced by sales tax measures. This will require significant changes and reductions in all Internal Revenue Services, but the congress, and all state legislatures are confident these changes can become final and operational before this year is ended. This was submitted to the congress as a proposed constitutional amendment, and the amendment was ratified by all fifty state legislatures and by unanimous vote of this congress.

My friends, the following proposed constitutional amendments were submitted to the members of congress and all state legislatures. First: That the second amendment be amended as follows. The right of the states to form a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, shall not be infringed. Also this additional wording was added by a stand alone sentence: The right of any lawful citizen of these united states to keep and bear arms for their defense shall not be infringed by reason of permits, licenses, registration, or for any reason excepting a citizens commission of an unprovoked crime with a firearm. This brought a standing ovation that lasted for several moments.

Second: An amendment was recommended providing that travel by motorized vehicle by any lawful citizen of these united states is now and forever a right not a privilege. That right shall not be infringed upon for any reason excepting the operation of a vehicle in a manner that endanger the lives and property of the public.

Thirdly: A proposed change to the fourth amendment was recommended that establishes the right of the people to travel in pursuit of happiness shall not be infringed without probable cause, sufficient to obtain a warrant. Specifically included are provisions attesting that the use of random road checks that stop, detain, and search citizens without probable cause violates the citizens protection from unconstitutional search and seizure and are a violation of the citizens constitutionally guaranteed civil rights. All three proposed amendments were ratified by all fifty state legislatures and by unanimous vote of this congress. They are now constitutional guarantees and the law of our nation. Again his words were met by a standing ovation.

My friends in recent years we have witnessed ever increasing attacks upon the liberty of our citizens by the use of various means of entrapment schemes lacking probable cause. It was recommended to this congress and a constitutional amendment has been ratified by this congress and all fifty state legislatures. That amendment clarifies that such nefarious policies violate the rights of all citizens and prohibits any acts of entrapment and or invasions of privacy without a warrant that infringes upon the rights of citizens to be free in their homes, persons, and effects.

It was recommended by the board that the first amendment to our constitution be amended by adding the following clause. Because our national heritage is based upon a belief in divine creation, government shall make no law prohibiting discussion of that heritage in public schools concurrently with other theories of creation or evolution. That proposed amendment was ratified by this congress and all fifty state legislatures.

Fellow Americans; More than two hundred years ago our forefathers dedicated themselves to freeing our people from the bonds of a corrupt central government. They left for us a nation conceived in liberty with a constitution that would guarantee all citizens equal liberties and a voice in our government. The founders of our constitution warned that once a central government learned they could tax the citizen our liberty would be in jeopardy. We have learned the truth of those words and have insured it shall not happen again.

George Washington cautioned against our interfering in the affairs of foreign states because such policies would lead to war. The wisdom of his words are reflected in the wars and foreign incursions where our people have served and died fighting. As recently as one year ago we had our troops stationed in more than one hundred nations around this world. To insure these policies never again threaten the economic and or physical security of our republic this congress has ratified a constitutional amendment that prohibits the stationing of our service members abroad during times of peace without the three fourths consent of the congress.

Further, This congress has repealed the presidential emergency war powers act and only by an act of congress issuing a declaration of war can our military forces be ordered into war on foreign soil. We shall defend and protect our nation once attacked with all the might at hand but we will no longer try with military force to interfere in the matters of other nations.

Fellow Americans our country is strong and our economy is growing. These gentlemen seated beside me, those who served as appointed members of congress, and this congress have acted with great dedication to restore America to the nation our founders wanted it to be. They have accomplished much but there is still work to be done. Working together we will establish constitutional reforms to insure all laws and taxes are constitutionally enacted and enforced.

Fellow Americans we are standing here today as elected representatives of the people because one man refused to give up liberty. Because of this mans unwavering belief in duty, honor, and country and his courageous stand in the face of tyranny and persecution our nation was galvanized into action. Because of him we are again a free people. Today we honor him.

Richard rose and said Goldie it’s time you meet the president. As they approached the president the house speaker also walked to the podium carrying a small box which he handed to the president. The president then introduced Richard who was asked to say a few words. Richard introduced Goldie to the congress by saying all of you have heard of this man and his family but it was my honor to have served with him. Words cannot express the trust and faith he inspired in myself and all who served with him and came to know him. By his actions , deeds, and words he made us believe in him and more importantly in ourselves. His great courage inspired in all of us a passion for victory against all odds. He believed and because he did we are free today.

Then the president asked Goldie to step forward. Richard with Wallace, Wilson, Randolph, Scott and the house speaker then stood to either side of him. The president shook Goldie’s hand and said, today in the name of all free people across this land of ours we honor you. By the unanimous vote of all members of our congress today we present to you, this award. For duty, courage, and patriotism beyond the call of duty you are hereby awarded the congressional medal of freedom. Richard will you do the honors.

Richard stepped forward, the speaker handed him the medal, then Richard affixed it to the chest of Goldie’s militia uniform, then embraced him. Then the president and house speaker shook his hand. Goldie looked at Richard and smiled saying you suckered me, then turned to address the congress. I accept this award in memory of my dear wife and son who gave more than I that we might be free. I accept it for all our friends, neighbors, and fellow citizens who rose to the call of liberty and for the ultimate sacrifice some were called to make. Let us pray today that the flame of liberty will live forever in the hearts of all who follow us. And pray for Gods continued blessings upon America. I leave now to return to my family certain that our country is in good hands. I am humbled by your thanks and honored by your friendship.
