“What up my nigga? Thanks for coming on such short notice. I know I didn’t say much over the phone but you know how that is.” Gabe took the blunt from behind his ear and lit it.

“No problem my dude, you said Asjiah was in trouble…I mean Angel.” Money silently cursed his self realizing he still had her on his mind. “Yeah well I hope you’re true to your word because Angel asked for you specifically.”
”Whatever needs to go down I’m ready.” Money lifted his shirt exposing the twin 9mm that he was carrying.
“Okay Castor Troy, I see you.” Gabriel passed the blunt to Money allowing him to take the edge off. “Let’s go, their waiting”.
Money followed Gabriel as they crossed the street and approached the boarded up house.
“Watch your step. Some of this wood is rotted.” Opening the door Gabriel led him into the dark house.

The two men walked deeper into the damp house stopping at a stairwell. “Down there.” He tossed Money a flashlight and pointed down the stairs. “You’re not coming?”

“Nah.” Inhaling the smoke Gabe tipped ashes onto the floor. “I’ma wait up here and keep a look out for the jakes. Besides, if you want to get close to Asjiah we gotta make sure you can hold your own when shit gets sticky.”

Money felt his face get flush as he realized Gabe knew what was up.

“It’s cool. A’ is a good girl; who doesn’t want to get at her? Shit, I’d wife her if I could but my loyalties lie with her brother. I’m just telling you to make sure you come correct or you don’t stand a chance. Asjiah’s not like these other chicks out here.”

Money inhaled the sweet smoke from the blunt and passed it back. “Thanks. But I can’t let her cloud my vision right now. I gotta job to do.” “I like that in you.” Gabriel dapped him up and smiled. “Now go handle yo business.”

The steps creaked under Money’s Timbs as he descended into the basement. Turning on the flashlight, not sure of what he was looking for, he proceeded. The smell of mildew and rotted wood invaded his nose.

“Shit!” Startled, Money kicked the rodent that scurried out in front of him. “Fucking rats.”

Getting annoyed he turned in the direction the rat came from. The faint scent of blood was in the air and the image of two chairs slowly came into view. Focusing the flashlight on the chairs he could see that the two boys tied to them appeared to be unconscious and badly beaten.

“What the fuck is this shit?” Tucking his gun back into his jeans, Money knelt down in front of one of the boys.

“Vale?” Confused Money slapped the boy to see if he would awake. Barely able to open his left eye Vale looked up at Money.

Scratching his head Money stepped back. “Tell me you didn’t have something to do with this shit V. You tried to rob Angel? What the fuck is wrong with you? Don’t you know that nigga could’ve killed you? What the fuck were you thinking?”

Spitting blood onto the floor Vale began to laugh.
“Nigga is something funny?”
“Asjiah.”

Instantly Money was in his face. If Vale had done something to her there was no doubt that he would end his life right here and right now. “What the fuck about her?” Money held the gun to his head ready to pull the trigger.

Vale loogied a clot of blood onto the ground before speaking. “At first it was just about Angel, but when I saw that sweet bitch Asjiah with him my plans changed. Lt said to just scare her but I was going to give her something else to scream about. Know what I’m saying?” Gyrating in the chair Vale laughed again.

CRACK!
The force of Money’s blow caused the creaky chair to fall backwards sending Vale crashing to the ground.
“Get the fuck up bitch.”

The squealing of rats filled the dark basement creating the feeling of a dungeon. Looking up from the ground Vale stared at Money’s monstrous silhouette as he kneeled down and sat the chair back in its upright position.

“Ooh shit! What’s wrong Money? You got a thing for ol’ blue eyes too?” Vale burst out in hysterics as he continued to taunt Money. “I was so close, I almost had her until that bitch ass nigga Angel grabbed me. You should’ve seen her, running all scared and shit. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve been all up in that sweet ass of hers!”

The sound of Vale’s jaw breaking echoed through the dark room as Money punched him again.
Vale lay defenseless on the floor as Money pounced on him connecting blow after blow to his face.

Vale was trying to be hard, trying to front as if he wasn’t scared but after being beat down a few hours earlier by Angel, he wasn’t sure if his body could endure much more but he wasn’t about to back down.

“Tell me something my dude; do you think the hair on her pussy is curly too?”
“Agh!”

Blind with rage Money continued to hit Vale. He wasn’t sure if he was in this cold, dingy basement because of his loyalty to Angel or because he wanted to prove himself to Asjiah. Either way, disrespect wasn’t tolerated in any circle he ran in and Vale was going to learn that the hard way. The wood holding the chair together was rotted and he wasn’t sure how much longer it would maintain Vale’s weight. Sitting him up again, Money knelt down in front of him.

“So let me get this straight; you were going to rape her, rob Angel, and then shoot him?”

Trying to put the story together Money paced the room and waited for Vale to respond. He completely forgot about the other boy sitting next to him and turned his attention towards him.

The entire time Vale and Money were arguing Juan tried to act as if he was unconscious; he figured the longer he played possum, the longer he could avoid the ass whooping that Vale was getting. It wasn’t too long before he felt the butt of Money’s gun against his forehead. His heart stopped as he slowly opened his eyes.

“Who the fuck are you?”
Before Juan could speak Vale answered for him. “That’s my lil’ nigga Juan, I was gone let him get a piece of old blue eyes too.”

“Word?” Money cocked his gun and aimed it back at Juan’s head. “So ya’ll was gone have a little fun huh? Thought you were bout to run a train on her huh? Open yo fucking mouth!”

Juan hesitated at Vale’s request. His eyes were swollen so he wasn’t able to see where he had been taken to when Gabe and Caleb brought him here earlier. It was too dark to really see anything, the menacing glare of red beady eyes illuminated the room as he heard the sound of tiny claws race across the floor. How did this happen? He was supposed to rob Angel, get the stash, and then collect his part. Afterwards he was going to go back to the crib and get high. Simple and sweet; so he thought. Now he was tied to a chair being asked to deep throat a 9mm.

“I said open yo’ fucking mouth!” Money had stopped pacing and was standing back in front of Juan. “I just need a simple yes or no; depending on your answer I might let you live. Understand?”

Juan slowly nodded his head.
Money spoke clear and evenly as he questioned the frightened teenager. “Were you gong to rape Asjiah?”

Juan knew for a fact there was only two ways out of this basement. One being in a bag, the other alive, and from where he was sitting the latter wasn’t going to happen. He was tired of fighting. He had a little girl, yet he couldn’t remember the last time he had seen her. She was probably better off without him anyway. He dropped out of high school; he got mixed in with the wrong crowds and now this. He had fucked up too many times and it just wasn’t worth it anymore. Juan silently said his prayers as he looked at Vale then back at Money.

“Fuck you.”
“Wrong answer.”
POP!

The last thing Juan saw before he left this earth was the bullet approaching his face.

“Shit!” Vale lost control of his bladder as Juan’s brain splattered his shirt and the side of his face. He thought Money would continue to beat on him for a little while longer, possibly leaving him near death and it would be over but as he looked at the emptiness that filled Money’s eyes he knew things had just been taken to another level.

“Now”-wiping blood from his face Money turned his gun towards Vale-“I was trying to be nice but I see you and yo’ man’s think I’m playing so I had to set an example. As you can see, I’m running out of patience so give me one good reason why I shouldn’t send you to hell with your friend over here.”

“Money…Money…I was just playing, I wasn’t going to touch her, it was a joke.” Vale fidgeted with the knot that held his hands hoping the rope would give way before Money shot him.

“A joke huh? Does it look like I’m fucking laughing? Now that yo’ man’s brains are all over you, you want to bitch up? Talk all that slick shit now.” A new sense of courage came over Vale as his hands suddenly became free. Leaping out of the chair he tackled Money to the ground. The scent of flesh and blood invaded their noses as the boys landed near the remaining parts of Juan’s head.

“You thought you had me didn’t you?” Saliva and blood dripped from Vale’s busted lip as he punched Money in the stomach reaching for the other gun in his waist band. If I could get this gun, I may have a chance, it’s not over yet. I can take this nigga. Fear coursed through Vale’s veins as he fought for his life. “First I’m a shoot you and then I’m a go find that bitch Asjiah.” Vale’s fist connected with Money’s abdomen again knocking the wind out of him. He managed to free the gun from Money’s jeans and pointed it at his head. ‘I’m a make her suck my dick with those pretty lips of hers too.”

Money couldn’t let anything happen to Asjiah; he didn’t know what it was about her, but she held a very special place in his heart. He heard stories about their past, the shit her and Angel been through and he wanted so much to make some of that pain, if not all of it; go away. He’d been in multiple fights before, came close to dying plenty of times, this was no different.

“Agh!” Money head butted Vale quickly regaining control of the fight. Scrambling to his feet he reached for his gun just as Vale cocked and aimed the other one.

The streetlights danced across the muggy basement playing carelessly over the two boy’s bodies. Both face to face with a gun they squeezed the trigger at the same time, fearless, prepared to end the other’s life.

POP! POP! POP!

The sound of multiple gun shots caused Gabriel to drop his blunt. “Fuck!”

Running into the house he grabbed his .45 and opened the basement door. “Never send a kitten to do a lion’s job.” Mumbling to his self he took the safety off and ran down the stairs. Adjusting his eyes to the light he tried to remember where Caleb said he left the boys.

He gazed on in shock as he stared at what had become of the two captives.
“Fuck! Nigga make some noise or something!” Gabriel jumped as Money walked up behind him making him fall backwards into the door.

Money wiped his face smearing blood and brain matter all over the black hoodie.

“You look like shit.”
“Thanks.”
“I got a lil’ worried when I heard those last shots. You hit?”

“Nah.” Money patted his arms and legs checking for injuries. “Vale got loose and we tussled for a minute but I’m good. What we suppose to do with the bodies?”

“Nigga, do I look like the cleanup crew? This is The Land or did you forget where you’re from? If anything we helping the jakes out; this right here wasn’t nothing but a little population control.” Gabriel tucked his gun back into his jeans leaving the corpses to rot in the basement.

Stacey sat on the kitchen counter crossing and uncrossing her legs as she waited for LT to come out of the bathroom. She knew Angel would flip out if he came home and caught her in the house alone with him; just the thought of what he would do to her made her nervous. Angel was short tempered and although LT only wanted to use the bathroom, she knew he wouldn’t see it that way.

“Aiight, I’m about to be out.” Emerging from the hallway LT walked into the kitchen. Looking at Stacey made him resent Angel even more. His initial plan was to lead her into the bedroom and beat her ass hoping that Angel would walk in and see her bloody and bruised. At this point he would put a gun to her head and force him to give up his connect. The only problem was Angel was the type to allow LT to shoot Stacey at point blank range and not give a fuck. He then had a 50/50 chance that Angel would kill him afterwards, did he really want to take that risk?

“You know I always had a thing for you, Stacey.” LT leaned against the refrigerator giving him a perfect view between her legs.
“Is that so? What do you think Angel would say about that?”

“I’m not worried about what he would say.” Closing the space between them, LT stood in front of Stacey and parted her thighs. “I’m more concerned with how that makes you feel.”

Attempting to close her legs Stacey scooted back on the counter. “Where you going? What you scared I’m going to bite you or something?” Licking his lips LT caressed her calves.
“No, I’m not scared of you.”

“Maybe you’re scared you may like what I’ll do to you.” In one swift motion LT placed his hands under her ass and pulled her towards him. Before she could protest, he began kissing her.

“SLAP!”

“Muthafucka, what’s wrong with you? Don’t you know Angel will fucking kill you and me if he catches us?” Panicking Stacey looked from LT to the door praying Angel wasn’t on his way home.

“Tell me you don’t want this dick and I’ll leave.” LT unzipped his jeans allowing them to fall down around his Jordans.
Speechless, Stacey closed her eyes softly gasping as LT entered her. “You like this dick don’t you? I knew you didn’t want me to leave.” Grinding into her LT pulled her hair aggressively.
“Yes, ooh, I like it.”
Lifting her shirt LT revealed the d-cups that were hiding underneath the soft cotton.
“Now I need you to be a good girl and tell me who Angel’s connect is.” “I don’t know who…who Angel’s connect is.” It felt as if LT’s dick was inside her stomach, with each stroke he was opening her up more and more.
