Her belly undulated, twisting up, and her head tossed against the sheets. “Oh please, Juliun,” she groaned. “I can’t take this.
Please.”

“Yes, you will.
This and more.” He looked determined she shatter into a million pieces as he slipped a long finger into her sex, then two, and he stilled his hand, then used his tongue to stroke her with a loving intensity while he gently withdrew and inserted his fingers over and over again. He opened her up like the petals of a flower, burying his face in her, his tongue penetrating her silken flesh.

Her moan harmonised with the erotic spiral building inside her, and her thighs pressed tightly around his head before falling apart again.

“Juliun.” She shuddered and moaned. He pressed a hand against both her thighs, holding her legs down to continue his passionate assault, seemingly determined to drive her out of her ever-loving mind. Potent excitement and passion rolled within her, and her thighs lifted up again, but they only moved an inch beneath his restraint and instead her entire upper body shook with pleasure.

His teeth nicked and brushed the top of her hip,
then he sunk his fangs into her skin again with a slight sting.

“Oh,” she moaned, twisting beneath his tight hands. Complete warmth flooded her system.
“Oh God, yesss.”
Waves of pleasure built and rolled into one, crashing over her, sweeping her higher, higher, thrashing her until she couldn’t escape, and her feet gripped him tightly to her. He drew and sucked, and she looked down to find his feral, grey eyes feasting upon the sight of her ecstasy the exact moment she catapulted over the edge, her body jutting against his strong hand.

“Holy hell,” she whispered, panting. “You know what you’re doing.”

“Haven’t finished tasting you,” he said, and grinned wickedly.

Her eyes widened.
What next, heaven help her?
He effortlessly held her in place and crawled up between her legs to her breasts, licking both her nipples, his mouth sucking at her flesh, the sometimes sharp edge of his teeth close to her skin, his cheeks and hair tickling her. He pierced the skin over both areolas and sucked deeply from both breasts. With one hand, he pushed her breast into his mouth, using his tongue and the friction of his sucking motion to make her chant his name.

He lifted his head, grinned, his lips and chin glistening with her blood. She knew some people would think that as wrong. As a human, she might have thought so, but as a vampire, she found it unbelievably erotic. He hooked an arm beneath her knees then hitched her closer. He rose to his feet, and her legs widened to accommodate him.

“You are so beautiful,” he murmured with dazed eyes. “I cannot believe it. Your skin, your hair, every part of you, especially that fire that burns so brightly in your heart.”

He was long and thick, but she wanted him inside her so badly that she couldn’t stop shaking.
“Hurry.”

“You are so wet.” He smiled, rubbing the tip of his erection against the lips of her sex, and they both groaned at the indescribable sensation.

She twisted her hands in her hair, twining the strands around her fingers because she could feel an orgasm building again, and she needed to control the riotous sensations exploding inside her body. She didn’t mean to pull so hard, but the pleasure and excitement was going to drive her out of her mind.

“Hang on, baby. Easy.” Eyes glassy, he stared down at her quivering figure on the bed with fascination, at her parted, wet lips, the scorching heat that seemed to flush her entire body, and then he slowly pushed forward until an inch of him was buried inside her.

The room filled with the echo of their groans.

More
,” she begged in blissful agony. “Don’t stop. Don’t…” She pulled a bit of sheet between her lips and bit down. “I’m gonna come,” she said with the silk between her teeth.

“You are so responsive, love. Come for me.”

His hot, heavy flesh stretched her inner walls, and he moved deep and slow, and she was so wet and slick, she grabbed hold of his firm buttocks and lifted him into her.
*So right. You feel so unbelievably right.*

He muttered something, then reared back and thrust into her again, falling into the space between her parted thighs, kissing her breasts and belly, his mouth a crazed, heated passion.

He thrust in a frenzied, out of control fashion, and the bed shook. She whimpered with her back arching slightly at each long, driving thrust of his body.

He slid in and out of her again and again.
*I love you, Simone. Feel, feel…*

Pleasure built and magnified by a thousand times as her thoughts swirled and connected to his. He reared back, spread her thighs wide with his agile, deft hands, and then watched himself dive deep within her. She looked up to his flushed face, his profile clenched into a stark mask of craving.

He flung his head back with a loud growl, his fangs flashing in the candle-lit darkness. She reached down and rubbed him with greedy fingers and lifted her hips to meet his powerful thrusts.

Their gazes locked on each other.

In that moment, he twisted and shivered, then dragged her closer, pounding harder until her mouth opened, and a scream built inside her belly, traveling up her lungs and throat, until her ankles fell from around his hips, and air thundered through her lips.

He didn’t stop, his hands slipping over her taut belly; his body covering hers, his mouth an inch away from her ear.

“Simone,”
he said in a splintered gasp. “Yes, yes. Come with me.”

Her scream spiralled with the pinnacle of her climax. She fisted around his flesh until he groaned, the cords of his neck straining, his powerful shoulders and back covering her body. He grunted and stopped thrusting; moaned and twisted his hips, plunging deeper inside her at a different angle, gasping.

Her chest rattled with desperate rasping breaths, and she leaned up, quickly sinking her fangs into his muscled upper arm, slick with sweat, her mouth barely able to grip his hardened flesh. She clung, wrapping herself around him, and his blood flooded her mouth.

The rich, intoxicating fluid hit her tastebuds, and she orgasmed again, pleasure roaring through her body and mind, entwining with his, and he gasped, jerked above her, his body shuddering, his orgasm exploding inside her so hard that she climaxed again.

“Oh God,” she groaned. “Oh, oh,
don’t stop
.” She clutched at him, dragging in deep, soul-drenching gasps. And, he didn’t.

Her arms fell out over the bedspread, and he continued to slide in and out, and another fierce orgasm forced its way over his body, and he jerked so hard while still inside her, that she growled low in her throat.

“Simone,
Simone
,” he murmured her name against her skin, and she let go of his shoulder, having drunk her fill.

The combined effect of their telepathic link surprised her. It was like she experienced double the pleasure, felt what he felt at that moment. He moved inside of her once more,
then covered her with his sweat-slicked body while she lay supine on the bed, completely spent.

He slowly caressed her belly and breasts with his fingertips and lifted her higher, shifting his body, his breathing still hot and fast on her skin. He whispered little things, loving words, skimming the spot beneath her ear where her pulse thrummed and breathed out a
satisfied growl, tightly wrapping his arms around her, his flesh still inside of her. He kissed her scar, nestling his nose against her neck.

She seemed to be falling through the soft pillow into darkness.
Into his arms. Her eyelids refused to open. He moved slightly to one side, and a silken cover floated over her, and she turned and laid her cheek flat against his heart.

Epilogue

Simone gazed up at the red canopy. The heavy velvet curtains on the four-poster bed were tied back, and promised that the bed would be a haven of privacy in the future. Inscriptions lined the top of the ornate bedposts, but she didn’t know what they meant. She’d ask Juliun later.

His arm hooked around her stomach; his solid thigh nestled atop her legs, and she smiled dreamily, turning to face him, sure she’d never been so happy in her entire life.

He’d partially buried his nose into the black satin pillowcase, the colour a perfect match for his mussed hair. His sooty eyelashes were closed, his strong features relaxed and unguarded.

She reached out and slid her fingertips along his smooth brow. Her gaze slid to his lush mouth, then across his muscled back, lean hips, down to his rounded buttocks and naked thighs.

He’d given her so much pleasure. Happiness bubbled up inside her, an inescapable joy, and she wanted to laugh, scream, sing from the rooftops—but most of all, wake up her vampire prince.

If anyone had told her a fortnight ago that a vampire would turn her into a blood-sucker and she’d fall in love with him, she would’ve told them they were a few stiff drinks away from the nuthouse.

But here she lay, in bed with that same vampire after a night of soul-healing lovemaking. The image of the life they would have together flashed in her mind, and she couldn’t believe her luck. Excitement made her tingle everywhere with her flesh so sensitised.

*Juliun. I love you.*

He frowned with an odd twitch to his lips, and the sleek muscles stretched then contracted in his back. Biceps bunched, and then he lifted his dark head.

“Well, hello beautiful,” he said sleepily, rolling to his side. “That’s the sweetest greeting I’ve ever heard. I must have won some heavenly lottery.” One of his hands held up his gorgeous head. His hair was in true disarray, black tufts clung over his forehead, but through it all a mega-watt, satisfied smile flashed her way. “I found an angel in my bed.”

A ferocious wave of love swelled inside of her. For the first time, she couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Her search was over.

He exhaled, grey eyes gleaming. “I know what you are thinking.”

“You
do
?” She laughed and leaned closer, allowing the covers to drop to her waist. “What would that be then? Maybe that I’m going to pounce on you while you’re so defenceless,” she whispered, and then stroked her tongue along the tip of her fangs. “And suck your blood?”

Slowly and seductively, his gaze slid downward from her fangs to her bare breasts which she flaunted so gloriously. A low growl reverberated in his throat, and his harsh breath washed across her nipples. His great barrel chest expanded with a shuddering inhale. “Wait…err…what was the question?”

She laughed.

His dangerous grin glinted with razor sharp teeth. “You should pity me. You are the woman of my
dreams
, and I am a mere vampire.”

A current raced through her, wanton and liquid, at the adoration in his eyes, jolting her heart and nerves into overdrive. He was so disturbingly wicked, fascinating and sensual it should be illegal.

His gaze raked boldly over the bare expanse of her neck. “But now that you mention it.” He tilted his head in acknowledgment, and his glistening fangs protruded further. “I am
ravenous
.”

Her entire body quaked with anticipation and warmth. “Is that right? You want to go to the kitchen?”

He lifted her into his arms, his tongue a soft, loving caress lapping at her sensitive nipples, over the bites that had now healed. His brilliant gaze met hers, a connection that never failed to astonish her. He stilled.

In that moment, he didn’t need to say anything, everything was
revealed in his face. His beloved eyes. He eased the covers down her body, his hands skimming her waist and thighs. “Dear Simone mine,” he whispered. “All I want is you.”

Her breasts swelled at his touch, and she trembled at the hot, sleek brush of his lips as they bestowed a series of slow, shivery kisses across her neck. His mouth trailed, hot and teasing, from her breasts and claimed her lips, devouring their softness.

She drew back a little. “Lean your head to the left,” she purred. “It’s my
turn
to taste.”

He laughed, white fangs flashing.
