Once glasses were emptied, everyone trickled back to their work areas. “I can't believe he's turning over the appeal to Brian,” someone said, and Gerald smiled, confident in the knowledge that he was doing the right thing.

"I'm looking forward to your party tomorrow,” Brian said as he placed his empty glass on the tray with the others. “Is it okay if I bring Zoe?"

"Of course,” Dieter answered from next to him. “I take it you didn't actually read the invitation.” From the look on his face, Brian hadn't. “I addressed it to both you and Zoe.” Dieter smiled and drank the last champagne from his glass before setting it with the others. “We need to get home so we can finish getting ready for tomorrow,” Dieter explained, and Gerald set down his glass.

"I'll get our coats."

When Gerald returned, he handed Dieter his coat, and after a few final good-byes, they left the office and headed home. “So what would you like to do to celebrate?” Gerald asked as they drove.

"We have to finish getting ready for the party, and then you promised to take me dancing,” Dieter reminded him. “We can celebrate on the dance floor, and afterward, we can do a little horizontal celebrating up in our bedroom."

"Can we do the bedroom celebrating first?” Gerald asked with a wink before pulling up in front of the house, and Dieter didn't answer him, which seemed very strange. Getting out of the car, Gerald watched Dieter closely as they entered the house and took off their coats. Dieter immediately began climbing the stairs.

"I thought we were celebrating,” Dieter called before running up the stairs. Gerald dropped his coat, leaving the closet door open as he took off in hot pursuit, catching Dieter just as he bounced on the bed. “Love you,” Dieter said as he squirmed in Gerald's arms, not completely realizing that Gerald was using the movement to divest Dieter of his clothes.

"Love you too, beautiful,” Gerald said, and Dieter stopped squirming, his pants pooled at his ankles, shirt up around his shoulders. “You know, we may have found out we won the case today, but I've felt like I won the real prize months ago,” Gerald said before licking a swipe up Dieter's chest. “You are the best thing that has ever happened in my life, Dieter Krumpf, and I thank God for whatever twist of fate brought you into my life."

"Thank
The Woman in Blue,
” Dieter hissed through clenched teeth as Gerald sucked on a perfect, pink nipple.

Gerald slid down Dieter's body, his lips poised just above Dieter's cock. “I'd rather thank her great-grandson in the best way I know how,” Gerald said with a grin before sliding his lips down Dieter's length.

"You're welcome!"
