Even if you hate cardio, aerobics, or generally moving from a seated position, an exercise ball is worth the investment. The point isn’t to mimic the exercises they have on the motivational posters at the gym. It’s to use sex to

The Logistics
I doubt your local fitness club wants you doing it on their exercise balls (if I’m wrong, can I have their number?), so you’re going to have to buy your own if you want to try this out. Luckily they’re not too expensive, and you can pick one up at a sports supply store, or just order off the Internet.
When you’re making your decision, think about what kind of durability you want from your exercise ball. Most cheap ones are made out of stretchy vinyl or plastic, and if they break, your ass is on the floor. That’s less than ideal if you want to use it for bouncy sex for two, so to be safe, think about investing in a “burst proof” ball, especially one made for use in physical therapy. These babies are made so that even if they pop, they take over a minute to deflate completely, giving you plenty of time to dismount before you break anything.
Balancing Act
The biggest challenge to having sex on the balance ball is the balancing! But here’s a secret: that’s a feature, not a bug! Getting Started
Using the exercise ball for sex is a blast, but it takes some getting used to! Start by trying out the basics on the ball to see how it affects your configuration, then work up to more complicated moves.
