Which reminds me. I've thanked everyone but my father, who has given so much to this book that his name really should stand alongside mine as co-author. “No no,” he insisted. “It's your book. Use whatever you want, but you're in the driver's seat. I'll just stay in the background and try to get over my Victorian modesty.”
