Much later as they were exciting, she kissed them all good bye. Alain still refused to relinquish his hold.
Gastron
showed her the bag with his clothing and the paper.

Her heart full,
Azolee
took him by the cheek, held them and looked into his eyes, Alain did the same. She saw that he was not an only child. He had had an identical twin. They had been intricately linked and his twin had died that
Gastron

had been busy
with the mandates of her husband

s call.
Gastro
n
had had companions, affairs and colleagues, but he had never kno
wn what it was to have a friend;
someone who loved him for himself.
A void within him had gone unfulfilled
until now
.
He understood the profound
state
of loneliness.
He had
recoznized
this
in
Azolee
.

“What was your brother’s name?” she asked quietly.

Garvain
, he answered somberly. She
looked at the homestead, “Bijou
de
Garvain
.

He nodded, too full to answer.
She looked at him in awe.
Her man.
“Do you have any idea how much I love and admire you
Gastron
”, she asked tearfully?

She looked at him. She was so much more beautiful and vulnerable. All of her walls were down
. She trusted him. “
We are going to have another child.

“Yeah, he’s sweet,” he said looking at Alain. “Adele will be so proud that she is big sister now” he chuckled.
She swung her head from side to side slowly. He caught on, when her hand covered her womb.

“Mon
Dieu
”, he panted. He took Alain from her arms, took her to the car,
sat
her down.

Are you ok? Any
pain, did you eat? No more wine!

he ordered.
He whipped out his cellular
. Before she could sto
p him he had asked his family physician
to meet him at the house in two hours.
Azolee
,
she is pregnant.”

“ Mom
,” he relayed the same message to his mother. He got Alain’s baby seat and strapped him in the back, his hands shaking.

He drove carefully along until they reached home. The servants and Mere were outside waiting. His mom took him aside, “
Gastron
its ok,
she is ok.”
Azolee
had tried to explain but to no avail. He walked her in slowly. She went up the stairs quietly with him. He tenderly stripped her, kissed her stomach sweetly.

I love you and I love our baby. I love all of our babies.

Alain was being spoiled downstairs.

He fastened her
negligee
on her
and rubbed her stomach
gently
until Dr.
Allistairs
arrived. He asked pertinent question
s
, and ascertained
that she was in excellent conditions, but not to put strain on herself.
He was the family physician so he knew the fear. He assured
Gastron
that in six months they will give birth to a bubble sweet baby. He stressed the need to eat healthy. After the doctor had left,
Azolee
pulled him into the bed with her. “
Gastron
, listen to me. I am healthy, so is this baby,” she kissed him.
“Make love to me baby.”
She saw him flare up excitedly
and then banked it. She deci
ded on a seduction plan
. She
s
tripped his clothes off and then his socks. She kissed him, sucked, licked and brought him to a shuddering peak. Then she stripped and he saw her voluptuous breasts. He groaned and bent his head to suck them. Soon they were joined and both rush
ed
furiously over the spangled starry galaxy.

Epilogue

Etienne’s Publishing had established and maintained itself as premier in the publishing industry. It had a marketing department that acted as a separate entity, but was jointly associated with marketing authors and books.
Gastron
had established the E-marketing and Telemarketing department that enabled him to work just as effectively at home.

Azolee
had published two books and had granted interviews to four trusted networks with the clause that
Gastron
was to decide on the final editing. Nana had left the foreword with Mr. Saunders. In it
Azolee
acknowledge her mother as being her sole source of inspiration at the time. She was being called on all over to confer on bush medicine. When she did accept, it was with the intent to take
Gastron
and the kids with her.
Garven
was now three years old and adept in both English and French. He was going to be an environmentalist.
Allain
had completed primary school and according to his teachers, he was exceptionally gifted. Adele had published her book and along with her parents, they crusaded on the behalf of abandoned children bringing awareness to it.

When he wasn’t doing this,
Manman
was spoiling him.

Bijou de
Garvain
was excited because they along with the attendants and teachers were taking a week- long vacation to The Bahamas, where they will visit the Children’s Hostel and The
Ranfurly
Home. They would then be flown to
Exuma
to spend a weekend in the cottage which was now expanded to a condominium.

Azolee
, walked to the back of the house as looked out into the forest. She missed her seascape, but she had found so much here. She knew
Nana Marie, her mother. The pain had left in its stead only sweet, loving mem
ories of a
startingly
beautiful, warm and utterly precious woman. Now, s
he had so much
more
love. She had everything a woman could ask for. Nana had always told her the world was her audience. She had impacted the two hemispheres in different ways. More profound than all of her accomplishments was her husband’s love.

He loved her with an all encompassing love. He had despaired of losing her, then
Garven
during delivery. He
had
cherished each child, helped with their rearing and taught them how to effectively love their mother, his woman.
As, if he was trying to undo the pain of the distant past, she smiled wryly.

As if
in tune with her thoughts, she felt muscular arms encircled her waist and his lips nibbling her nape.
She felt his amazing arousal and succumbed. She who was hi
s
jewel from the land of the sun had found her true soul mate.

She couldn’t wait to go to the land of the sea and sun. Her plans were to conceive her next child there. She had it all planned. The kids would be off on their hunts and she and
Gastron
would have the beach to
themselves
. There in the sun, they would……. “How do you feel about a daughter named Jewel?”
